The transfer service operates daily in low and high season and has been called into life during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure a safe transport with social distancing and health precautions.

- Transfer from Surat Thani Airport to Donsak Pier by coach may be switched to air-conditioned van due to minimal passengers.
- Cruise by speed boat from Surat Thani Donsak Pier to Koh Phangan may be switched to high speed catamaran due to many passengers.

- To guarantee a booking, book no later than 15 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- During high season (November - April) and on National Thai Holidays, we advise that you book your trip as early as possible as seats sell out fast.
- Due to bad weather, bad sea conditions or limited availability, the transfer may be delayed, postponed or cancelled with a full refund.
