The service offers two daily departures at 10:45 (arriving 13:15) and 15:30 (arriving 18:00), with an approximate journey duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. A minimum of 1 passenger is required to operate, and the vessel has a maximum capacity of 300 passengers, supported by English and Thai-speaking boat crew and staff.
Direct hotel pickup is not included for this route, as departures operate from designated meeting points only. Travelers must follow specific meeting point instructions and meet directly at Bundhaya Pier to join the transfer.
Your one-way transfer ticket includes arrival and drop-off at Kuah Jetty in Langkawi. Passengers must complete check-in at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time and are allowed one large suitcase up to 30 kg plus one small backpack or personal carry-on bag (additional luggage is subject to space and incurs a THB 300 fee per item). Travelers who are pregnant or have heart conditions, back problems, limited mobility, or other medical conditions should consult a physician before travelling, and it is recommended to bring motion sickness pills.
