Direct hotel pickup is not included for this route, as departures operate from designated meeting points only. Travelers must follow specific meeting point instructions and meet directly at Bundhaya Pier to join the transfer.
Your journey concludes with a direct drop-off at Hat Yai Airport and includes a one-way transfer ticket. Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase (up to 30 kg) and one small backpack or personal carry-on bag; additional luggage is subject to available space and incurs an extra charge of THB 300 per item. Passengers who are pregnant or have heart conditions, back problems, limited mobility, or other medical conditions should consult their physician before traveling, and bringing motion sickness pills is recommended.
