Explore our Phuket Elephant Care sanctuary situated in Loch Palm in a green forest area with a big natural lake on the island of Phuket. We offer a convenient pickup service directly from your hotel by comfortable minivan pick with safety and a smile.
The friendly staff of Phuket Elephant Care will welcome you with coffee and tea including bread and some snacks, and you will get an introduction in advanced ECO tourism to prepare for your encounter.
Then it is time to feed the elephants with seasonal fruits. While they enjoy their food, learn from the guides about the background of each elephant. Create one-of-a-kind photo keepsakes with these extraordinary animals.
Next, prepare the elephants with a spa treatment. Discover the healing benefits of special spa mud that help to heal elephant wounds from many kinds of scratches, and skin damage. Finally you can rinse off the mud fromt the elephant's skin with a rain shower.
The last activity is to paint your own small magnetic elephant which you can take back home together with a keychain as a souvenir. And to top it all off, enjoy some fresh fruit. Leave inspired and informed, having supported the elephants with maximum freedom to naturally roam, forage, bathe and socialize at the Phuket Elephant Care Sanctuary.
Itinerary
- 09:00 - 09:30: Pickup by minivan from your hotel in Phuket
- 09:30 - 09:45: Check-in at Phuket Elephant Care sanctuary in Loch Palm and enjoy coffee and tea including bread and some snacks
- 09:45 - 10:00: Get an introduction in advanced ECO tourism from our nature-loving tour guides
- 10:00 - 10:40: Feed the elephants
- 10:40 - 11:30: Apply a mud spa to the elephant's skin
- 11:30 - 11:40: Rinse off the mud with a rain shower
- 11:40 - 11:50: Paint your own small magnetic elephant which you can take home as souvenir
- 11:50 - 12:00: Reward yourself with a healthy and delicious fruit snack
- 12:00 - 12:30: Return back to your hotel with lasting memories

Important Information
- Bring a towel, swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, flip flops, comfortable shoes and a camera.
- Luggage exceeding 20 inches in size will incur an additional fee of 250 THB per bag.
- To ensure smooth arrangements, kindly inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage and wish to change the hotel.
- If you become ill or have an accident and cannot participate in the trip, we offer a free date change. Please provide a medical certificate from a Thai doctor or clinic to confirm your condition.
