Maximize your adventure time with the Viewpoint Abseil & Cave Trek (Half-Day)! This condensed trip packs the best of Railay's vertical and underground thrills into one exhilarating session.
Accessible only by longtail boat, Railay's stunning limestone karsts are your playground. The journey begins with some rock climbing on a magnificent real rock face, giving you a taste of Railay’s famous cliffs.
Next, we trade the light for the dark with an adventurous hike and trek up to the Big Bat Cave. Explore the caverns and experience the unique geology that makes Railay so famous.
The grand finale: an unforgettable abseil descent from Railay’s most spectacular viewpoint! Under the guidance of our professional, certified instructors, you will safely rappel down the cliff face with breathtaking panoramic views of the Andaman Sea as your reward.
This adventure is perfect for families and beginners alike, providing a balanced mix of activity. The trip is suitable for children aged 7 and up (minimum 2 persons).
Itinerary
- 07:30 - 08:00: Hotel pickup in Krabi
- 08:00 - 08:30: Meet at Ao Nam Mao Pier
- 08:30 - 09:00: Scenic longtail boat transfer to Railay Beach
- 09:00 - 09:15: Equipment fitting and safety briefing for all activities
- 09:15 - 10:00: Engage in some rock climbing on Railay's real rock face
- 10:00 - 11:30: Hike up to the Big Bat Cave and explore the unique chambers
- 11:30 - 12:30: Experience the unforgettable rappel descent from the spectacular viewpoint
- 12:30 - 13:00: Conclude session and transfer back to Railay Beach
- 13:00 - 13:30: Longtail boat departure back to the mainland for hotel transfer

Important Information
- Bring a camera, loose or stretchy clothing, appropriate footwear (non-slip covered shoes), adequate sun protection, your own snacks (if needed).
- Transfer from your hotel to Railay Beach will be by pick-up truck (Songtaew) and longtail boat.
- This activity is tailored to meet all levels of climbing ability.
- This tour is not allowed for pregnant women, children under 7 years or people with back or neck problems.
- Real Rocks Climbing is certified by the prestigious Southeast Asia Climbing Federation (SEACF).
