What to expect
Get picked up by minivan from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach, or by speed boat if you stay at Railay Beach. Meet the boat crew of Sea Eagle Tour at Nopparat Thara Pier and start the trip with a cruise to the 4 spectacular islands of the Hong Island group.
The first stop will be at the main island of Koh Hong itself. The half-circle shaped Hong Island is uninhabited, except for the birds, white-faced gibbons and giant monitor lizards that can be often spotted on the main white sand beach. Enjoy a delicious lunch including seasonal fruits and refreshments at the magnificent twin bays. Don't miss the spectacular panoramic view to the surrounding Andaman islands from the recently opened 360° viewpoint.
The highlight is a proper length kayaking session to the a large lagoon in the inner of the island at low tide, as the diminishing water level makes its colour change drastically from a deep emerald green to a clear turquoise. The entrance to the lagoon is through a dramatic cliff passage that should be photographed on your way out.
The tour will also include at least two pretty decent snorkeling stops of 40 minutes each. The most impressive one is at Lading Island, a small limestone island with high cliffs and sandy sheltered beaches. Continue to Pakbia Island for taking photos and have a swim at the impressive sandbars revealed at low tide.
Cruise back to the pier in Ao Nang where the van driver will give you a safe ride to your hotel.

- 07:40 - 08:45: Hotel pickup in Krabi
- 08:45 - 09:00: Register at Sea Eagle Tour booth at Nopparat Thara Pier
- 09:00 - 09:15: Receive a short briefing and instructions from the boat crew
- 09:15 - 09:30: Cruise by speed boat to Railay Beach to pickup other guests
- 09:30 - 10:00: Continue to Hong Island group
- 10:00 - 11:15: Free time for swimming, sunbathing and kayaking at the main island
- 11:15 - 12:00: Climb up to the viewpoint with a 360° panorama
- 12:00 - 12:30: Enjoy a Thai style picnic lunch at the beach of Hong Island
- 12:30 - 12:50: Cruise into the “secret” Hong Lagoon
- 12:50 - 13:30: Stop at Pakbia for taking photos of the sandbar
- 13:30 - 14:15: Continue to Lading Island for swimming & snorkeling
- 14:15 - 14:45: Return to the pier passing by Daeng Island famous for its reddish color
- 14:45 - 15:30: Transfer back to your hotel

Important Information
- Bring a towel, waterproof bag, swimwear, sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses, water shoes or flip flops and a camera.
- During certain seasons, jellyfish may be present in the Andaman Sea, and contact can cause skin irritation or discomfort. To minimize the risk, we recommend wearing protective clothing such as watershoes and long swimwear when swimming.
- Ensuring your safety is our top priority. To that end, we strongly recommend wearing a life jacket throughout the entire boat ride to the islands and while snorkeling.
- Speedboats navigate close to the shoreline, allowing passengers a convenient and effortless transition to the beach.
- While flip-flops are convenient, water shoes offer better protection against sharp objects like shells or rocks on the sand, and provide improved traction on wet surfaces.
- Shorts are ideal as they dry quickly and allow for greater freedom of movement, especially if the water level reaches above your knees when getting on or off the boat.
- This tour is not recommended for infants under 3 years old, pregnant women or people with back or neck problems.
- There is a minimum of 7 people required to run this activity! On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel this trip, we will inform you in advance and offer a different travel date, an alternative activity or provide a full refund.

National Park Entrance Fee
There is an entrance fee for 'Than Bok Khorani National Park' of 300 THB per adult and 150 THB per child to be paid. These fees help rangers keep the park protected and clean.
